A Weekend Reprieve

 Last Weekend we headed to our secret picnic spot on the lake.  We had the whole place to ourselves and it was warm enough to put our feet into the water.  Lucky spent an hour throwing little brown rocks at the water and anyone who got into his trajectory.  Dubs slipped and fell in but recovered nicely.  Daddy and I soaked up the rays  because we knew what was coming in the 5 day forecast.  Sure enough, last night we had an ice storm and today the temperatures are the coldest we've had in 15 years.  Only in Texas!
